Export Packing Standards
All Ruitecno Panels products are packed to international export standards to ensure safe delivery to any destination worldwide.
Standard Packing
- Panels are stacked flat on wooden pallets - Each stack is wrapped in protective plastic film to prevent moisture damage - Corner protectors are applied to prevent edge damage during transit - Steel strapping secures the stack to the pallet - Top and bottom cover boards protect against surface damage
Container Loading
**20-foot container (20'GP):** - Internal dimensions: 5.9m × 2.35m × 2.39m - Approximate capacity: 25-28 cubic meters of panels - Maximum weight: 20-22 tons
**40-foot container (40'GP / 40'HQ):** - Internal dimensions: 12m × 2.35m × 2.39m / 2.69m - Approximate capacity: 54-58 cubic meters of panels - Maximum weight: 26-28 tons
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is designed to accommodate both large manufacturers and mid-size furniture factories:

Payment Terms
- Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T) - Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted for qualified buyers - Other payment arrangements can be discussed for established customers

We handle all export documentation including: - Commercial invoice - Packing list - Bill of lading - Certificate of origin - Phytosanitary certificate (where required) - Quality inspection reports
